How to Open Crates in Huss Valley
Crates in Huss Valley give you one random knife skin per open, paid with Gems. Here's the reported flow, the price, and the odds, with every number labeled.
Reported, not tested by this site. The steps, price and odds below come from fan sites that read the in-game crate screen and the community Fandom wiki on Oct 12–14, 2026: hussvalleyguide.com, hussvalleycodes.org, MMORocks. Roblox's rules make games show the odds of a paid random item before you buy, so the crate screen in your game is the final word.
Steps to open a crate (reported)
- Collect Gems. You earn them from end-of-match rewards and pickups on the field, and from Huss Valley codes.
- Press MENU (side of the screen), then open SHOP.
- Pick a crate. The crate screen shows the price and the drop chance of each knife.
- Open it. The Gems are spent and you get one random knife skin.
- Equip it in MENU → KNIVES (or SHOP → MY KNIVES).

Each crate has two knives in each tier, so each pool adds up to 100%. Tier names are our labels for the four odds groups. Odds are from the Huss Valley Fandom wiki, as reproduced by hussvalleyguide.com (read Oct 12, 2026).
What the odds mean in Gems
- A specific Legendary (1.5%) takes about 67 opens on average, around 50,000 Gems at 750 per open. 46 opens give you a 50% chance; 153 give a 90% chance.
- Either Legendary from the same crate is a 3% chance per open (about 33 opens on average).
- No pity timer is documented, so each open is an independent roll.
- Reported knife perks: Legendary crate knives give +0.85 movement speed, −0.85 s item/ability cooldowns and −0.35 s dodge cooldown. The 6% knives give smaller boosts (per hussvalleycodes.org).

Should you open crates or buy abilities?
Gems also buy permanent abilities, and an ability like Inflatable Decoy is reported at 750 Gems, the same as one crate open. If you're new, our advice is to unlock an ability first.
